A guide or pass unlocks our research, not a promise that every offer applies to you. Single-store purchases and the all-store pass are sold separately; previous single-store purchases are not deducted from a pass. Guide access does not expire. Email reminders are not yet on sale. Read the refund policy or contact support before purchasing.

Can I get a refund?+
Refunds for duplicate charges, paid access we cannot deliver or restore, or a service materially different from its description. No change-of-mind refunds, except where required by law. Email customer support with your checkout email and purchase details. We aim to reply within 3 business days, Monday–Friday, New York time. The Refund policy linked above explains the process.
Is this a subscription?+
No. All options are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Purchased guide access does not expire. Only the email reminder service is limited to the purchased Black Friday season.
Can I unlock just one store?+
Yes. Pay $1.99 for that store’s full guide and calculator. Choose the store from the directory and buy on its guide page. Your access to that guide does not expire. Other stores and email reminders are not included.
What does the $9.99 pass include?+
The All-store Pass includes every listed store guide and the checkout comparison calculator, with no access expiry. If you have several stores in mind, you do not need to unlock them separately.
What if I don’t qualify for an offer?+
Eligibility and exclusions are free to read before you buy. Account-specific, student, membership, and new-customer offers have different conditions. Purchasing a guide does not change the retailer’s requirements.
Can I buy a full pass after a single guide?+
Yes. The All-store Pass costs $9.99 and is sold separately. Earlier single-store purchases are not automatically credited toward it.
Can I add email reminders later?+
When email delivery is ready, the All-store Pass + Alerts will cost $19.99 for ongoing all-store guide access plus reminders for the current Black Friday season. A paid $9.99 All-store Pass can add alerts for $10. Single-store access does not qualify for that upgrade.
How do I find a guide I already bought?+
Sign in with the same account and open My account → Unlocked guides. Access is attached to your account, so you can return on another device.
Are the discounts guaranteed?+
No. Retailers set prices, exclusions, expiry dates, and redemption rules. We show sources and research dates; verify your final cart before buying.
